Tammy Coolbaugh
Owner
200 Hour RYT
Reiki Master
50 Hour Yin Certification

Tammy started her yoga journey as a form of exercise. As her yoga practice grew, she quickly became aware that there was more to yoga than just the physical aspect. Finding calm in the stillness of meditation, awareness in connecting breath to movement, and the awe of the present moment. She gets great joy out of helping others learn that yoga goes far beyond the mat. Knowing that if you give yourself permission to slow down and connect within, that is where you find your true self. Outside of yoga Tammy loves to travel, read, kayak, and visit waterfalls.
